Book your Welcome Series which includes:
One 55-minute Consultation where we get to know you, assess your history + goals, and get you comfortable with INSPIRAL PILATES™.
Three 55-minute privates: learn basic fundamentals of the INSPIRAL PILATES™ method and gain a deeper understanding of how your body can move within the system. We find that a minimum of 3 privates will get you out of the starting gate so you can comfortably join classes and/or continue with privates.
Continuing students
Create a program that is suited just for you! See below for options to carry you through your Inspiral Pilates™ journey.
Private appointments
For those preferring to work 1:1 with an instructor.
Pricing ranges from $65/hr to $140/hr depending on the instructor.
Group Classes
Group lessons are limited to 4 students and are offered at different levels: Essentials, Core, Flow, and Challenge. Please check with your instructor to find out the best classes to help you thrive.

$40 or purchase a 5 pack $190 to book your classes.
Side by side appointments
Work out with your instructor! Side-by-side appointments are for students who either learn better when they see their instructor do the movement OR for students looking to transition from Private Appointments into Independent Appointments. Pricing ranges from $60 - $100/hr depending on the instructor.
INdependent Sessions
Work out on your own! Independent sessions allow you to come into the studio and rent a machine for 55 or 85 minutes. Follow a personalized workout using a card and practice everything you are learning in your private appointments and group classes! $25/hr.
