inclement weather policy

When the University Heights / Cleveland Heights / Shaker Heights schools close due to weather conditions, the studio cancels all daytime classes.  Evening classes cancel when John Carroll University Closes. Private lessons are up to each individual teacher and they will reach out to you individually.


VIP CLIENT RATES

As a heartfelt thank you for your loyalty, clients who have been with our studio for one year or more receive our VIP package rate on all services with all teachers—no package purchase required. We truly appreciate you and are grateful to be part of your wellness journey!


REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your commitment to your practice and thank you for your understanding of our policies. All sales are final, and class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to immediate family members within the same household. Please note that all packages must be used within the timeframe specified on our website. We’re grateful to have you as part of our community and look forward to supporting you on your journey!


GIFT CARDs

We’re delighted to offer gift cards as a way to share the gift of movement and healing! Please note that all gift card sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date unless otherwise specified. Thank you for your support—we look forward to welcoming you or your loved ones to the studio!

FRAGRANCE FREE

We are a fragrance-free studio to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. Please be mindful of avoiding chemically scented products, such as perfume, deodorant, hair products, and lotions. If strong fragrances are present, we may need to reschedule your session. Thank you for helping us create a space where all can breathe easy and feel their best!


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your consideration in honoring our 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and classes. To avoid a late cancellation charge, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by calling or emailing the studio, or by contacting your teacher directly via phone, text, or email. Please do not reply to the automated text or email reminder.


NOISE POLICY

To maintain a peaceful and supportive environment for everyone, please silence your cell phones upon entering the studio and keep conversations soft and mindful. Your respect for the quiet space allows all to fully relax, focus, and enjoy their experience. Thank you for helping us create a calm and welcoming atmosphere!


what should I wear

Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for ease of movement during your session. You’re welcome to go barefoot or wear Pilates socks, which are available for purchase at Inspiral. We want you to feel comfortable and supported as you move!
