INSPIRAL welcome series includes:

  • One 55 minute Consultation where we get to know you, assess your history + goals, and get you comfortable with the GYROTONIC® and/or INSPIRAL PILATES methods.

  • Three 55 minute privates: learn basic fundamentals of the GYROTONIC® and/or INSPIRAL PILATES method

  • WELCOME SERIES $260 includes all 4 sessions


What to expect during your welcome series:

  • Tour and Introduction to the Studio

  • Postural Evaluation and Physical History Intake

  • Introduction to the GYROTONIC® Method and/or INSPIRAL PILATES

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how your body can move within these systems

  • Presentation of Studio Offerings and Next Steps
