A native of Chicago, Mary has lived in Shaker Heights for 23 years. Mary took her first GYROTONIC® class at Inspiral in 2013 and her first Pilates class here in 2014.

Mary became an enthusiastic proponent of the benefits of Pilates quickly thereafter.  Mary's several years of competitive USTA tennis-playing was sidelined in July of 2015 with a chronic injury. Since then, Mary has channeled her enthusiasm for moving into her study of Pilates.
