Kathy Siegel

A tango dancer, who was told to try GYROTONIC® to increase her tanginess, Kathy started her GYROTONIC® journey at Inspiral Motion in 2016. Since then, Kathy hasn't stopped with her lessons and has become a regular at the studio, enhancing her skills and growing her GYROTONIC® knowledge and capabilities. Fast forward to this past December, Kathy joined Inspiral Motions teacher training group. After two different teacher trainings Kathy is now ready to share her knowledge as an Apprentice here at inspiral Motion!
