CRYSTAL VIBRATIONS
A crystal vibrates at a specific frequency depending on its chemical composition. As humans, our bodies will try to vibrate at the same frequency as the crystal - a scientific principle called "entrainment." It is in this way that crystals work with our Subtle Energy Body, affecting and soothing us physically, mentally and spiritually. Crystals are used for balancing Chakras, healing organs, assisting with trauma recovery, meditation, and many many other things. Over the centuries, healers have learned how to heal the body, mind and spirit using specific crystals in specific ways. Lisa Lansing is a certified crystal healer and is currently working on her advanced crystal certification.

How Do Crystals Work
Crystals are perfect geometric forms comprised of specific elements from the periodic table. Because every element resonates at a different frequency, crystals are comprised of unique and creative frequency combinations. Your body (which has a flowing yet inconsistent frequency) will naturally try to match the frequency of a nearby crystal with its perfect, constant frequency by way of entrainment. Entrainment is defined by a process in which one set of frequencies influences another set of frequencies that eventually match and create harmony. So, the constant frequency of a crystal will influence the erratic frequency of your energetic field.
Crystals are also capable of storing information. Significant research to this end has been conducted for many years, most notably by Dr. Marcel Vogel, a former research scientist for IBM. Crystals can hold information, including thoughts, your intentions and even sound frequency.
Healers have been using Crystals for thousands of years and some believe crystals are part of humankind’s first medicines. Ground crystals and crystal elixirs were used to heal ailments and restore health. Many crystals have been categorized over the years and attributed with specific healing qualities. These qualities interact with the physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual bodies of humans and pets. While this gives us a starting point when working with crystals, each crystal will interact with humans in different ways depending on the human’s resonant frequency.
