Yoga Class Descriptions
Yoga for Kids
Ages 6 - 12 years old. Yoga for Kids introduces
children to the basics of traditional yoga movements, promoting
healthy lifestyles and body awareness in fun and active ways.
Through games, stories, art and music, we explore
the non-competitive creativity of yoga and cultivate self-discovery,
spatial awareness, breath control, community and compassion.
This is such a fun class and the kids have so much fun! It's
great to hear 12 kids "ohming" through the glass
wall!
