Pilates Mat Classes:
Pilates Level 4 Advanced
The Level 4 Pilates mat course takes participants into the
more advanced Pilates syllabus. This course requires students
to build even further on core awareness and strength, while
integrating balance, fluidity, breath, joint release, flexibility,
centering, spinal alignment and precision. Open Leg Rocking,
Spine Twist, Neck Pull, Hip Circles, Leg Pull Front &
Back, Side Lift, and Teaser are some of the more advanced
exercises in this class. This class is a lot of fun and we
often work quite hard, so bring your water bottle!
