Pilates™ consists of 4 consecutive workshops
with each part lasting 5-weeks. This course contains the basic
theory, movement and breathwork of Pilates. Developed by Pilates
Teacher Trainer and Mentor, Lisa Lansing, this pedagogy manifests

| Learn
Pilates™ Level 1
- 5 weeks: Students begin with the basic elements of Pilates
- breathing, imprinting, Pilates ABCs, and joint release.
These elements are then applied to introductory exercises
on the mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. |

Pilates™ Level 3
- 5 weeks: Students tackle the Beginner exercises on the
equipment and begin learning preps for intermediate exercises.

Pilates™ Level 2 - 5 weeks: Students
complete this series with knowledge of a full mat class
for homework. Continued work in the basics as well as
an introduction to Beginner exercises on all the equipment.

Pilates™ Level 4
- 5 weeks: Students begin working with the intermediate
exercises on all the equipment and develop a keen sense
of effortlessness and mindfulness. |
