Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 - Soothing with Sarah
Fridays 9:30 - 10:30 - Advanced with Lisa, scrubbing starts at 9:15am.*

Advanced GYROTONIC® Trio with Rosey - reservation required - $40/class, packages available

Thursdays 9:35 - 10:30 AM

This Advanced GYROTONIC® group class is for experienced students who have approval from their Instructor. Expect advanced exercises, challenges, energetic openings and constant flow with breath! This class is a continuation of the GYROTONIC® Level 2 class taught Mondays at 12, noon which is full. Advanced students are encouraged to attend.
