You will receive the latest news and deals. This fall we will be offering free Private Lessons, special discounts on classes and incentives for new clients. We will even be creating online coupons for your smart phone!

Follow us on Twitter and get special discounts for our Twitter followers! Feel free to mention us in a tweet, too! How to mention us?

The @ symbol is something to use when you are replying to or mentioning a person or entity. The # symbol is something you use when you are designating a topic. Some of our avid Twitter followers receive free goodies just for mentioning us - like private lessons and classes!
A great tweet would be:

Like us on Facebook and receive special notices about discounts and deals for Facebook friends. Feel free to mention us, too. How to mention us?

In your newsfeed or on your profile wall, if you type in the @ symbol when referencing the studio, Facebook will automatically find us. A great post:

You are helping the world be greener. We would like to eliminate the production of postcards, flyers and printed materials. Cleaning up the planet is always a good idea!
Glossary of terms - as we know them

Follow - the term used in Twitter when you want to receive announcements from someone

Tweet - the Twitter term for a posted announcement

Profile - the pertinent information about someone, usually listed on a "page" or "wall"

Update - the term used in Facebook when you post something new on your page

RT - this means "re-tweet" - when you repost a tweet you received to your group of friends

#gyrotonic - the "#" symbol is used when you are creating a topic in Twitter

@gyrotonicclev - the "@" symbol is used when you are referencing a person or entity. Make sure you use their twitter handle and not their full name.

Tag - this is a term used when you reference someone in a photo or a post in Facebook. You "tag" them.

Like - this is a term used in facebook when you like what something someone posted, or when you want to follow a business, like ours.

OMG, ROFL, LOL - Oh my god, Rolling on the floor laughing, Laugh out loud - networking slang

Wall - the Facebook page that has information about someone - "paste it on her wall" means, "paste it on her profile page."
