Tuesdays: 3:30 - 4:30 PM Donation Class
Thursdays: 9:30 - 10:30 AM with Sarah, drop-in

Tuesday we continue to offer a Donation Class, Thursdays are moving to a regular drop in class. Starting January 5 we will start our new Learn GYROKINESIS® Program Class at 9:30am. Until then, we have special holiday classes in store for you on Thursdays. Don't miss out!

Beginner Pilates Machine Class - 5 weeks - $155

Mondays 7:05 - 8:00 PM with Mary

The Beginner Pilates Machine class begins focuses on breathing, pelvis stability, joint release, spinal imprinting, initiating and building abdominal strength, flexibility, spinal alignment, and elongating muscles groups to enable efficient movement. This class is ideal for beginners or those who wish to review the Pilates Fundamentals to ensure accuracy and stability.

A classic GYROTONIC®® Group Class with a focus on abdominals. Get ready to narrow the pelvis and fire those abs! Review GYROTONIC® principles, have fun, learn new exercises, flow with breath. You should have your instructor's okay to take this class. Not for beginners.
