What a beautiful summer this has been for Cleveland!
At Inspiral, we've enjoyed going barefoot and Earthing in the grass, or wearing our new Juil sandals. Some of us were able to take intense new coursework, deepening our understanding of the body, energy and kinetics, while others enjoyed vacations or long journeys, renewing our spirits in preparation for another year.

Studio News
While we love all our classes here at Inspiral, we are especially excited about our growing GYROKINESIS® community at the studio.
Once relatively obscure and unknown, our GYROKINESIS® classes are growing! Some days our classes are sold-out and full. This is a huge accomplishment for our staff, as we have worked for many years to educate Northeast Ohio on this technique.
Our group of GYROKINESIS® enthusiasts are some of the most interesting Cleveland residents. From artists to gardeners, parents to yogis, dancers to lawyers, our community emanates from diverse backgrounds but with a few commonalities - they all have interesting histories, big hearts and a love of GYROKINESIS® yawning!
Good energy to be found here! Thanks to all our enthusiasts for sharing the love of this work with us.

Scoliosis can be a difficult physical restriction for people, but with GYROTONIC® exercise, our students find greater range of motion in their spines and sometimes, additional height! The 8 week mat program is only step 1 of 5 steps for clients with scoliosis.

The GYROTONIC® Leg Extension Unit is the most unique piece of equipment! Currently only used during private instruction, this course is perfect for those who want to beat costs and work with others. Space is limited.
Great for issues with the lower limb (hip, knee, and ankle), torso (low back, abdominals, core) and upper body (shoulders, neck, arms). Everyone loves to say "core strength" - which we love to say in response "Leg Extension Unit."

Back by popular demand! One of your favorite classes is back, but now expanded to 45 minutes! Bad back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees or spine? Let Chrissy know when you show up for class.
Learn the breathing and movement exercises to keep your ailments at bay and create the road to greater healing. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes. Please tell your instructor about any issues you may be having.
Expect
to do a lot of breathing - the first step to healing your body.

These classes allow you to pay what you can afford and truly enjoy the benefits of this amazing movement system. GYROKINESIS® classes:

Join Sarah and the other new apprentices as they show you how to develop greater strength, flexibility and joint support in a safer and more effective way than Pilates and yoga combined!
