Introducing GYROKINESIS® Donation Classes

Tuesdays: 3:30 - 4:30 PM (with Apprentices)
Thursdays: 9:30 - 10:30 AM (with Sarah)

These classes allow you to pay what you can afford and truly enjoy the benefits of this amazing movement system. GYROKINESIS® frees the body, opens energetic pathways, clears the mind and creates a sense of well-being. Join Sarah and the other new apprentices as they show you how to develop greater core strength, flexibilty and joint support in a safer and more effective way than Pilates and yoga combined! All classes will be tailored towards the level(s) of the students.

Begins September 12, 2011 - October 15, 2011

For people of all walks of life who want to benefit from this wonderful exercise system.

This 5-week workshop series has 4 levels (4 sessions) and provides an introduction to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® methodology on the machines and the mat. Students receive excellent instruction on the basic principles in very small groups with great hands-on cuing.

Each 5-week series is $190 and includes a semi-private class and, if you wish, you may also take any of our GYROKINESIS® classes during your enrollment for free.
