intensive that will improve endurance, co-ordination, flexibility and balance.

This one hour class begins on stools and progresses to the floor and standing. It continues with breathing and continuous circular movements.
Dip your toes into the energies of GYROKINESIS®! It will enhance everything that you do!
For all ages and fitness levels. No GYROKINESIS® experience necessary.
