Inspiral Motion seeks Part-Time Studio Assistant

POSITION:

Part-time Studio Assistant: Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio seeks studio assistant diva to help manage all tasks related to the studio's organization and development. You are a friendly, self-motivated, organized person with sales, administration and customer service in your bones! You are wishing to be an integral part of a dynamic, health-aware staff.

Part-time; 5 days a week, 10 - 15 hours per week to start, up to 20 hours per week - based on performance. Evenings and Saturdays.

Free, unlimited classes come with the job. You will be an integral part of our team of 12 Instructors, Web Divas, IT and Communications Director, the Diva Director, a graphic designer and two photographers.

You will make our current clients happy, assist the studio manager, participate creative low-cost ways to direct market, sell small store items, handle basic administration and telephone / email communications.

SUMMARY:

Inspiral Motion seeks a studio assistant diva to support Inspiral Motion staff, clientele and studio manager. The assistant will welcome guests, manager sales, perform daily administrative functions of the studio including supply management, written and telephone communications, scheduling of clients, flower arranging, delivery of marketing materials, and more.

Salary - we are paying between $8 and $13 per hour for qualified applicants.
